GCE 'O' Level Results

Here's a hearty congratulations to our top O level scorers for 2016!

Their achievement shows that in order to succeed, one has to put in the hardwork and also to believe that you can achieve something if you are focused on your goal from the beginning. On behalf of the school, we would like to wish our graduates all the best for your next educational journey.

Voluntary Welfare Org (VWO) / Non-Profit Org (NGO) EXPO

Values in Action (VIA) are learning experiences that support students’ development as socially responsible citizens who contribute meaningfully to the community, through the learning and application of values, knowledge and skills.

The VIA VWO EXPO was held to provide opportunities for upper students to find out more about the needs of the different volunteer or non-profit organisations. This is to facilitate them in their planning for their student-initiated project.

தைப்பொங்கல்

our Sec 1 Tamil students embarked on a learning journey to the Pongal Heritage Walk @ Campbell Lane, in conjunction with the Pongal Festival. Pongal Festival is a harvest festival to give thanks to Nature for the abundance of good harvest.

The Pongal Heritage Walk aims to create awareness of the important rituals associated with the festival and at the same time deepen our students appreciation for the Indian tradition and culture.

Our students also had a chance to try their hand at playing traditional games and learning traditional Indian dance. It was indeed an enriching day for our Sec 1 Tamil students!

There is always a FIRST for every experience. And it is Bartley's FIRST experience having our 'X-Country' at a very cool place - Kallang Sports Hub no less!

We had yet another fun-filled day in the Bartley Road Run (BRR) yesterday. With cool weather and scenic route, it was the perfect combination for a morning run. Coupled with an interesting mascot competition and enthusiastic parent volunteers, the BRR was indeed a great way to bond all Bartleyans.

Congratulations to all top runners and well done Bartleyans for the exemplary display of resilience and determination to complete the run. Facta Non Verba!

In AEP, students experienced hands-on participation in the various art forms (visual, performing and multimedia) and allowed high interaction and enhance students’ skills while expanding their capacity for creative thinking while promoting social integration among students.

ASPIRE and ACHIEVE, with Hope and Confidence

And that was our theme for this year's Commendation Day. Our theme for this year, ‘Aspire and Achieve with Hope and Confidence’ holds the collective vision of the school; to nurture our students to reach higher for their goals and aspirations so that they become Leaders for Others and Learners for Life.

With hope, our children can look forward to a bright future and with confidence, comes clarity in purpose.

去北京旅行  | Beijing Trip

The first Installment of the Mother Tongue department's Overseas Trip started in June with the Chinese unit embarking off to Beijing with 16 students.

The packed itinerary allowed the students to immerse themselves   quickly into the culture and they certainly did not hold themselves back!

Tea appreciation ceremony, Chinese calligraphy, strolling on the Great Wall of China and of course school visits made the trip a truly educational one!
